Staff is so helpful and always welcoming in nature with a gesture of smile. We reached veraval at 7am on 12th Sep and asked for early check-in. They provided with the same and informed me priorly regarding the same. So clean and they too helped us to arrange cab for smother experience Diu and Gir along with local sightseeing. We made booking for 12-14 but out train was of night 11pm from Veraval to Dwarka and at dwarka they were asking extra amount for early check-in so Crown S reception helped us to get bus from Somnath to Dwarka which runs at 9am and arranged a pickup from the hotel only. Much recommend

Property is quite new and the staff was very polite and well trained. They were always one step ahead of us in terms of their service. Few things were done on their end before even we ask for it. One of our member had their birthday so we ordered the cake directly to the hotel which they stored in their kitchen but when they bought it to the room they decorated the cake on the stand with a cute birthday hat. Quite thoughtful on their end. We were also offered to re-fill our water bottles with cold water during the check-out. Overall highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very Clean and Spacious hotel room! I had a super experience staying here! The hotel was very clean and hygienic, and our family room was incredibly spacious. It had three balconies, which was just awesome. The room also had separate work desks and a huge bathroom—perfect for both comfort and convenience. Would definitely recommend for families or anyone looking for a clean, roomy stay. 😎

I provided review on another dates from 12-14 Because there was a change in plan everything is good but wifi not working in 209 and should start with lunch and dinner but you can go nearby The Square Somnath restaurant that provides menu card or you can go to Lords in Somnath that provides buffet 549₹ per person or can provide you the menu too and food is so delicious

it's new hotel very neat and clean Alfas who was at reception was very good . always smiling ready to answer any query. very quite rooms quality of tea coffee provided is excellent. you can find auto just out side hotel it's on main road very well connected. super polite staff I'm glad that I stayed here
